Small, precisely placed doses that soften the lines movement has etched in — dosed so your expression stays intact, because a face that cannot move does not read as younger.
Anti-wrinkle injections use a purified protein, given in very small doses, to reduce the pull of specific facial muscles so the skin above them creases less.
Lines fall into two groups, and they need different answers. Dynamic lines appear when you move — frowning, squinting, raising your brows — and respond well to reducing that movement. Static lines are already visible when your face is at rest; those are a skin-quality and volume question, and injections alone will not address them.
Dose and placement are the entire craft here. Too much, or placed without regard to how your particular face moves, produces the frozen look everyone can spot. Our approach is conservative dosing with a review two weeks later, where a little more can be added if needed. The reverse is not possible, which is exactly why we start low.
The protein limits the signal telling a specific muscle to contract, so the skin folding over that muscle creases less.
Placement is mapped to the muscles actually creating your lines. Untreated muscles keep working, and that is what preserves natural expression.
Movement returns as nerve signalling recovers, so this is a treatment you choose to repeat rather than one you are committed to.
Assessed, planned and supervised in clinic — never sold from a menu.
Placement follows how your face actually moves, assessed before anything is dosed.
We start low and review — more can be added later, less cannot be taken back.
Most areas are completed in under twenty minutes.
Straight back to your day, with a few simple precautions for the first few hours.
A prescription treatment, planned only after your history and suitability are reviewed.
You are seen again once it has settled, before anything further is considered.
Skin renewal — results shown are from Dermatonik's skin-renewal protocols and may reflect a combination of treatments.
Photographs shared with patient consent. Individual results vary; your clinician will set honest expectations at consultation.
Dr. Saeema Shiraaz watches how your face moves before anything is planned — which lines are dynamic, which are etched in at rest, and whether injections are the right answer for what is actually bothering you.
What is appropriate, in what order, and what it will cost is set out before anything begins. You will be told plainly if something is not going to help you.
The area is cleaned and mapped, and the doses are placed with a very fine needle. It takes minutes, and you can return to your day straight afterwards.
Aftercare is explained before you leave, and we review how your skin has responded before deciding the next step.

Every protocol is planned and supervised by Dr. Saeema Shiraaz — no junior staff experimenting on your skin.
We recommend what works for your skin, not whatever's trending — and we'll say so if a treatment isn't right for you.
Honest timelines, real costs, and no pressure to buy packages you don't need.
We dose conservatively and review two weeks later. More can always be added; it cannot be taken back, and that asymmetry should govern how any practitioner approaches this.

How we work
What patients usually ask before their first visit.
Softening usually begins within a few days and settles by around two weeks, which is why the review appointment sits at that point rather than earlier.
Commonly in the range of three to four months, varying with the area, the dose and your own metabolism. Movement returns gradually rather than all at once.
That look comes from over-treatment, not from the treatment itself. Conservative dosing with a review is specifically how it is avoided, and preserving expression is the goal we plan toward.
The needle is very fine and most patients describe a brief sting. Numbing cream can be applied for more sensitive areas.
It has a long record of clinical use when given after proper assessment and in appropriate doses. Your medical history, medications and any neuromuscular condition are reviewed before anything is planned.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain neuromuscular conditions, some medications, and active infection at the site. Where this is not appropriate for you, we will say so.
Tell us a little about what you'd like to address. Dr. Saeema Shiraaz will review your message and the team will confirm a time that works for you.
